They say that you always meet people for a reason & l now know l was always destined to meet Samantha Hume. I had breast cancer 20 years ago & again 9 years later. After treatment & extensive surgery l was left with only one nipple. I had an areola tattoo done on the NHS a few years ago but it had really faded. When I heard Sam was offering to do areola tattooing free of charge to woman who had had breast cancer l made an appointment to see her, & the rest is history. She is a very warm , friendly & lovely person who made me feel very comfortable & l couldn’t be happier with my tattoo. She has matched it up perfectly with the other one & her perfectionism & attention to detail is second to none. When you have had breast cancer, every time you look at yourself in the mirror you are reminded of It, but now when I look in the mirror I just smile, because for the first time in 20 years I actually don’t feel disfigured anymore thanks to her amazing skills. I don’t think Sam will ever really know just how much this has meant to me but I thank her from the bottom of my heart. A true ‘living angel.
